Server Rules

1. Forbidden:

1.1. Use bugs and various programs to hack the game and the site, modify the files of the game and launcher, and also help other players or persuade them to commit these actions. Even an unsuccessful attempt like this is a violation. The punishment is a permanent account ban, blocking IP (up to the entire subnet), blocking a computer.
If the administration detects this violation, all participants in these actions will be banned without warning. No appeals, no probation, no pardons. Administrators will not even talk to banned players (neither by email, nor by ICQ). Think three times before trying to use even the smallest and insignificant bug of the game for your own purposes (including one of these). You risk getting banned for the entire subnet of your provider's IP addresses, which will make it impossible to play on our server not only for you, but also for other players of the same provider / network / city.

1.1.1. Interfere with players or gameplay in any way! Punishment: Block your account for 3 days

1.2. Sell game valuables to other players for real currency. The punishment is a permanent account ban.
In the event of a complaint from any player regarding a real currency trade, an investigation will be carried out. If a deal is similar to trading in-game items for real money (for example, the in-game value of the item is very high, and only a few stones or cheap items were transferred for it) without the permission of the administration, then all players participating in the deal will be banned. If you want to officially conduct a similar transaction, then contact the administration. Only transactions approved by the administration are safe and will not entail punishment for all participants.

1.3.

Use non-literary and obscene words in the names of characters and guilds, as well as the following symbols:! "@ # #;%:? * <> / \. The punishment is a permanent ban of the account.

1.4. Create characters with nicknames similar to the nicknames of game administrators and moderators. The punishment is a permanent account ban.
If your nickname is similar to the nickname of one of the administrators or moderators of the game, and you want to name the character by your nickname, then contact the administrators with a request to allow this nickname. Perhaps you will be allowed. Otherwise, if your nickname is very similar to the nickname of the administrator or moderator, your account will be permanently blocked without warning. See paragraph 3.5.

1.5. Insult other players, use foul language, incite hatred based on race, age, gender, where the players live, etc. The punishment is the ban of a character or account. For insulting an administrator or moderator - permanent account ban.
If you witness a violation of this paragraph by any player, take a screenshot of the chat expanded to full screen and add it to the forum in the Prison section. There should not be any changes on the screenshot - you cannot overwrite your own and other nicknames, the time of the screenshot, etc. The screenshot must be taken by pressing the PrintScreen key in the game, and the graphic file created in this way in the game folder must be sent. If there are no changes in the screenshot and it proves a violation of this paragraph of the rules, then the character of the offender (the one with which the owner was playing at the time of the violation) will be temporarily blocked. If this is not the first violation of this clause by this player, then a temporary or even permanent account ban is possible. You can send screenshots without fear of retribution from the offender or his friends in the game. The administration does not argue and does not discuss anything with the punished players if they really, in the opinion of the administrators or moderators, after reviewing the evidence, violated this paragraph of the rules. If a violation has taken place, then the punishment is imposed immediately after familiarization with the screenshot without prior notification of both the witness and the offender. After that, it is pointless to appeal to any administrator or moderator - the executed punishment cannot be appealed and canceled.

1.6. Get other people's game values by deception. The punishment is a permanent account ban.
It is almost impossible to prove a violation of this paragraph, so be very careful when making transactions. If you find yourself in the game "scam", the administration will not return any things or stones to you. Therefore, do not buy suspicious cheap good things, do not lend anything and abuse unfamiliar people, do not give anything to the administrators and moderators of the game. Game administrators and moderators never ask or demand anything from players. Administrators don't need to take your item to check for dupe, provenance, or anything else. They can do this directly in the game base. Therefore, do not fall for the bait of scammers, carefully look at the nicknames of people who demand something from you. If this is the nickname of the administrator or moderator, or just looks like one of their nicknames, then send a beggar to all four sides, take a screenshot of the chat expanded to full screen and send it to the forum in the Prison section. Even if you make a mistake and accidentally fool a real administrator or moderator (anything can happen), do not be afraid - you will not get anything for it. If the violation is proven to the administration, the violator's account will be blocked without prior notice to its owner.

1.7. Advertise other MU Online game servers. The punishment is banning your account and depriving you of the right to play on our server.
If the violation is proven by a screenshot or the violation itself is noticed by the administrator or moderator, the violator's account will be blocked without prior notice.

1.8. Have other opt. things (which are recorded on someone else's account). The punishment is a permanent account ban.
All accounts are automatically checked for foreign opt. of things. If any are found, things will be deleted without the right to be restored under warranty, and the accounts of the current and current owners may be blocked. Full items can only be used by their real owners.

1.9. Transfer an account to other players, change accounts, play with someone else's account, log into a game or a website with someone else's account, donate or sell accounts and opt. things. The punishment is a permanent account ban.
The owner of the account (as well as the full items recorded on the account) is only the player who originally registered this account. The account is forever tied to the e-mail specified during registration. Administrators have the right to block an account if there is a suspicion that this account was sold without the participation of the administration or transferred to another person, even relatives or family members. Only the real owner can resolve issues related to the account, use the services provided and contact the server administrators in this regard.

2. Allowed:

2.1. Kill other players.
Killing other players is part of the game. Don't even try to complain about the killers. The administration will not apply any reprisals to phonomaniacs.

2.2. Prevent other players from killing monsters (KSerit).
KS (Kill Steal) is part of the game, healthy competition. There is no need to complain about being prevented from standing on the respawn. Solve this problem in a playful way.

2.3. Sell in-game items for in-game valuables.
Regular trade is allowed on the entire server between any characters. It is allowed to stand in public places of the cards and report on the general broadcast about the things being sold or bought. You can also use the Personal Store for sales. You can also post your announcements in the appropriate section of the forum or use the / p command in the game without violating the restrictions.

3. Administration:

3.1. Administrators and moderators do not need your password or items.
If someone asks you to give a thing or a password to your account, then you can send this person wherever you want. This is not an administrator or a moderator. The administration does not need your belongings or password. They can get this information directly from the base of the game. Beware of scammers. Account Security Best Practices ...

3.2. Administrators and moderators never intimidate or threaten.
The administration will never threaten players with a ban or other actions. If you violated the rules of the server, you will receive a fair punishment. If you have not violated it yet, but are close to this, the administration can warn you that you behave within the framework of the rules. Only warn, but in no case threaten. If someone threatens you with a ban or something else, then this is most likely a scammer.

3.3. Administrators can shutdown, restart, modify the server without notifying players and as needed.
The administration is doing everything possible to keep the server in working order. But to improve and modify the game, sometimes reboots or temporary server shutdowns may be required. Also, do not forget about unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages, disconnection of the Internet connection due to the fault of the provider, etc. The administration will try to inform the players about the planned technical work through the website or forum.

3.4. All administrators and moderators are members of the Admin guild.
All administrators and moderators are members of the Admins guild only. There are no single admins or anything like that on the server. If a player who is not from the Admins guild contacted you, but introduced himself as an administrator or moderator, then this is most likely a scammer.

3.5. Nicknames of administrators: Mu-Premium
Only characters from this list are administrators or GMs of the game. All others claiming to be administrators (or relatives of administrators) are common scammers. Beware of cheating. If you have doubts that the "administrator" who contacted you is really him, then refer to this paragraph. The nicknames of all current server administrators are always listed here.
